About the Post

We are looking to appoint an experienced administrator to provide support to our CEO and other Trust Leaders.  This role is important in ensuring the smooth running of the Trust’s central office and that the Trust Executive Team can function efficiently.  Our Trust is currently comprised of six schools local to the Christchurch and Bournemouth areas, and we have ambitions for future growth.

We are looking for an outstanding individual who will relish the opportunity to:

  • Work alongside our CEO to support their varied and busy workload; ensuring their diary is well managed, that meetings are well organised and that documentation is clear and well presented.
  • Be the welcoming and professional face of Twynham Learning for anyone interacting with us – in person or by phone / email / letter / online.
  • Ensure that Twynham Learning’s online presence reflects the activity and purpose of the organisation.
  • Work with like-minded colleagues who believe in the power of education to transform lives.

You are likely to be someone who is or has the potential to be:

  • Experienced in providing a PA service to a senior manager.
  • An excellent organiser with strong IT and communication skills. 
  • Able to deal with multiple workstreams and changing priorities.
