At a time when competition is fierce, how a child achieves at school has an increasingly significant influence upon their future. We owe it to this generation to work together to offer them the best possible educational experience and life opportunities.
It is worth stressing that whilst high educational outcomes in core subjects are an important priority, we equally value areas such as design, the creative arts and technology. It is by working together that we are able to provide the highest quality provision. Whilst students regularly gain places at the country’s top universities, including Oxford and Cambridge, to study subjects such as English literature, the sciences, law and medicine, many of our students gain excellent vocational qualifications, leading to meaningful employment with excellent prospects for future success.
This is why we place such a high importance on areas such as art, design, music, dance and drama. It is in areas such as these that many students can really shine, and our students have gained placed at top art colleges such as Central St Martins, University of the Arts in London, Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts, the Royal College of Music and the Conservatoires. Increasingly, our students are also looking further afield and a number have already gained places at top European and American universities.
Easing the progression from one stage of a child’s education to another is a great advantage of our joint work. All our students will be ready for their next steps, enabling them to settle with confidence and an eagerness to embark on the next stage of their journey.
