About the Post

 

We are looking to appoint a member to join our team to play a lead role in undertaking general cleaning duties, to provide a clean, hygienic and safe environment for teaching and other school activities.

 

The Cleaning Supervisor will have the responsibility for the deployment of the school's cleaning staff, under the direction of the Operations Manager.

 

Who we are looking for

 

We are looking for an outstanding individual who will relish the opportunity to:

  • To organise the daily deployment of cleaning staff to relevant work areas and to arrange adjustments to the work schedule which may be necessary to meet staff absences or school management requirements.
  • To carry out appropriate cleaning tasks as part of the cleaning team and in accordance with the required standards of work practices.

 

  • Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people in accordance with our Safeguarding and Child Protection policies.

 

You are likely to be someone who is or has the potential to be:

 

  • Able to communicate with people
  • Monitor other staff’s work
  • Work with limited supervision
