Software/hardware knowledge required: Experience of Dell hardware, use of a wide range of software (including Microsoft Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 R2, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 2016, Office 365) and a basic knowledge of networking & switch configuration.

Minimum educational attainment 5 GCSE A-C grades or equivalent/applicable technical or vocational qualification.
