The opportunity to be part of the team at the early stages of this development is unique and would offer unrivalled career development for an aspirational colleague.
The Grange School is thriving with both students and staff motivated by the “good” Ofsted judgement in December 2021 and momentum is building towards an exciting vision for the school. The school benefits from a wonderful mix of both experienced colleagues and several ECTs all of whom have been energised by our new, dynamic Head of School.
This is a truly exceptional opportunity for a talented and ambitious colleague.

- Have an acute understanding of pedagogy and be motivated by continuous improvement
- Aspirational for career development and eager to seize additional career progression opportunities
- Driven by the power of education to transform the lives of the most disadvantaged students

- Aim high
