About the Post

We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our fantastic team at Poole High School.  This is an excellent opportunity to develop your HR and administrative skills whilst working in a friendly, supportive team environment.

 

We are looking for an outstanding individual who will relish the opportunity to:

  • Assist the Human Resources Officer in providing a professional, confidential and effective service throughout the employment cycle for Poole High School staff, workers and volunteers.
  • Record staff absences, issue return to work forms and support with return-to-work interviews.
  • Provide administration for all areas of recruitment and other staff changes.
  • Respond to HR queries by telephone, email and face to face.
  • Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people in accordance with our Safeguarding and Child Protection policies.
