About the Post
We are looking to appoint an exceptional and inspirational Maths Specialist Teaching Assistant to join our highly successful mathematics department and Special Educational Needs team. This is a very rare and exciting opportunity to join an already high-performing subject area and to support our vision for excellence.

Who we are looking for
We would love to hear from you if you:
- have a minimum 5 of GCSEs (A-C), including Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications or grades (e.g. NVQ Level 2) and especially strong Maths skills and knowledge
- have a proven track record in successfully supporting learning and behaviour management
- are able to think creatively to deliver engaging and innovative learning experiences
- you are adept at both working collaboratively in a team and independently
- focus on students' overall well-being and educational needs
- Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and handle challenges with resilience
- You are dedicated to providing equal opportunities and meeting individual needs
