About the Post
You will be the first line of communication for the school, in person and by telephone. The role will be responsible for maintaining visitors’ record logs, the administration of security passes and to ensure the smooth running of reception, ensuring that telephone calls and visitors are dealt with efficiently and appropriately in line with school procedures.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a team of friendly, supportive and professional colleagues.
Who we are looking for
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they:
- are a self-starter who can use their initiative.
- have both reception and administrative experience.
- be a professional with a personable attitude and have excellent organisational skills.
- are proficient with working with computer systems and have demonstrable ICT skills.
- have good interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- be confident in dealing with people, promoting and contributing actively to the school ethos and values.
