About the Post
We are looking to appoint an exceptional and inspirational Teacher of Mathematics to join our highly successful Maths department at Twynham School. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to become part of a highâperforming subject area and to contribute to our shared vision for excellence.
Mathematics is a core subject and the key that opens doors for all students. At Twynham School, we are proud of our students’ great success at GCSE, which reflects the strength and ambition of our large, thriving department. From the moment students arrive in Year 7, they are supported to achieve their very best, with additional Maths provision and a fullâtime HLTA dedicated to the subject. This ensures that every child has the opportunity to build confidence and make rapid progress. At Twynham Sixth Form, Maths is one of our most popular A level subjects, and we are delighted to also offer Core Maths and Further Maths at KS5. This breadth of provision demonstrates our commitment to equipping students with the skills and resilience they need to thrive in higher education, employment, and beyond.
