About the Role

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional and inspirational Teacher of English to join our highly successful English department at Twynham School on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to become part of a high‑performing subject area and to contribute to our shared vision for excellence.

In fact, TGS was recognised as one of the top 35 most improved schools nationally in 2024. This collaboration offers a fantastic opportunity to work with colleagues across two schools and two different contexts, providing excellent professional development.

This post would suit a colleague in the early stages of their career who is looking for a role that offers outstanding experience and future career opportunities.
