Twynham TGS are seeking an inspirational Curriculum Team Leader for Art and Design Technology—a role with the scope, freedom and support to truly make your mark. We are looking for an outstanding individual who will relish the opportunity to:

  • Lead a team of specialists across two dynamic schools with distinct characters but shared ambition.
  • Be supported in the role by an exceptional and experienced Assistant Team Leader who leads Art and an equally strong Subject Leader for Food Technology.
  • Be supported by Teaching and Learning leads based at The Grange School who will support with coaching curriculum team members based at the school.
  • Shape a powerful creative curriculum that ignites imagination and raises aspiration.
  • Drive innovation in teaching, facilities, and enrichment.
  • Champion creativity at the heart of our vision.
  • Develop an exceptional team, united by high standards and a passion for art and design technology.
  • Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people in accordance with our Safeguarding and Child Protection policies
