About the Post
We are delighted to offer an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and valuesâdriven leader to join our strengthened federated structure across Twynham School and The Grange School. As we continue to build a highly aligned, forwardâthinking partnership, we are looking for an inspirational Associate Assistant Headteacher to play a central role in shaping the future of teaching and learning across our community.
This is a rare chance to be at the heart of school improvement, working closely with the Associate Assistant Headteacher for Teaching and Learning at Twynham School and guided by the Deputy Head of School with strategic responsibility for the Quality of Education, your leadership will directly influence classroom practice, empower curriculum team leaders, and help deliver exceptional outcomes for every child.
You won’t just be shaping the experience of students today—you will be laying the foundations for the future success of thousands of young people across Christchurch.
